Training and Certification Scholarships
Scholarships for Initial Crane Operator, Rigging, and Signalperson Training and CCO Certification
Two scholarship programs are available for those seeking to begin a career in the crane industry. Applications with specific details on all the requirements for each of the scholarships are available below. In general, applicants will be required to provide information demonstrating they have not held a certification previously, the CCO Education Services Accredited Training Provider (ATP) they want to use for training, and proof of financial need. Applications will be considered on a rolling basis by the NCCCO Foundation, however funding is limited and only the best applicants will be awarded scholarships.
The Initial Rigger and Signalperson Training and CCO Certification Scholarship provides up to $4,000 in financial support for individuals who want to get quality training that leads to first-time CCO certification as a rigger or signalperson.
